What is Mindfulness Anyway?

In this interactive session, you will learn about what mindfulness actually is, how a practice of mindfulness is part of creating a healthy mind and how it can reduce the effects of stress on the mind and body. A member of the KIDTHINK team will guide you through some basic information about mindfulness and lead you through a variety of mindfulness practices to see what might be a good fit for you.
