Students will continue to work on writing the paragraph about positive thinking.

Include in Paragraph:

-Topic Sentence, Detail Sentences, and a concluding sentence

-Some vocabulary words from the unit

-Some phrasal verbs from the unit (if possible)

-Time order words

-Use simple past tense regular and irregular verbs

There will also be a math assessment for some students.

Students will continue to work on the Positive Thinking unit. We will review how to correctly use phrasal verbs and simple past regular and irregular verbs.

The EAL final exams will be on Jan. 20, Jan. 21 & Jan. 22 from 12:00 – 2:00 PM each day in our classroom (Rm. 202). There will also be an exit assessment on Wednesday, Jan. 29. The last day of this class will be on Jan. 23. There are no classes on Jan. 24 – Jan. 31. Semester 2 will start on Monday, Feb. 3.
